02. Description of Service
ShipRelease is an AI-powered platform that converts code changes into release notes. We provide tools for developers and teams to manage, generate, and publish changelogs via integration with platforms like GitHub.
03. Subscription and Billing
Our service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to provide valid and complete billing information.
04. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ferdio AI Vision and its licensors. You retain all rights to the data you provide to the Service, including your source code metadata and generated notes.
05. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ShipRelease be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
